Please note that when buying a used car, you pay VAT in the country where you buy the vehicle (country of origin principle, i.e. Germany) and not in the country in which you license it. EU VAT legislation defines a used car as a vehicle with over 6,000 km AND older than 6 months (period between first registration and purchase date). If one of the conditions is not met, then it is a new car in terms of VAT.<\/p>\n

        2. You can calmly view the one or more vehicles on our 14,000 square meter premises without a salesperson present.<\/li>\n
        3. If you decide to buy the vehicle, you will go for a test drive.<\/li>\n
        4. After a successful test drive, we mutually sign a contract of sale. Here we collectively determine details such as the day of collection, the form and time of payment or the scope of the services we still have to provide (such as cleaning, polishing, painting).<\/li>\n
        5. You make a down payment of 500 EUR. We do not accept credit cards. Therefore, you must have the down payment in cash or you can simply transfer the amount.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          1. In return for a service fee we apply for export plates<\/a>. You can choose between 15 and 30 days.<\/li>\n
          2. At the same time we prepare the vehicle for the handover.<\/li>\n
          3. Transfer the remaining amount in due time before handover (handover only possible after receipt of payment) or bring it in cash on the day of transfer. Due to the new money laundering guidelines<\/strong>, we can only accept cash<\/strong> for the entire vehicle payment up to a maximum of 9,900 EUR<\/strong>. This amount may neither be exceeded in the case of a single nor in the case of a repeated payment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            1. You arrive one last time on the agreed pick-up day.<\/li>\n
            2. If you come by train, we will gladly pick you up from the main train station Butzbach. Please inform us about 30 minutes before your arrival.<\/li>\n
            3. If your payment has already been received by bank transfer or if you have paid the remaining amount completely in cash, we will hand over the vehicle, two keys, the invoice and the payment confirmation to you. In addition, you will receive from us the German registration certificate part I and part II, the Certificate of Conformity (CoC), the export plates and the associated liability insurance.<\/li>\n
            4. You can now start the journey home with your new vehicle.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

In the event that you do not make the payment in cash, you should have clarified in advance with your bank that you will make an urgent bank transfer by phone. If the payment arrives on the same day, we can hand over the vehicle, the vehicle documents and the export license plates to you on the same day.                       1. You assign a transport company to pick up your vehicle and give us its name and address. Also, tell us the scheduled pickup day.<\/li>\n
                      2. We will send you a power of attorney, which you will have to send us back signed. Without a power of attorney we cannot handover the vehicle to anyone but you.<\/li>\n
                      3. In the meantime, we prepare the vehicle for pickup.<\/li>\n
                      4. Transfer the remaining amount in good time before collection. We can only hand over the vehicle to the transport company after full payment and receipt of the transport authorization.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
