Notes on the Mediation of Loans and Insurances
As an additional service to the sale of our vehicles, for our customers with a registered office (companies) or residence (consumers) and employer in Germany we offer the mediation of loans and insurances. According to Art. 34c Section 5 no. 2 and Art. 34d Section 8 no. 1, 3 GewO we are exempt from the permission and registration obligation. We work together with various credit institutions and insurance companies and will be happy to advise you on the various products. Under certain conditions, we receive a commission from the respective providers for the mediation of loans and insurances, which is included in the financing rate or insurance premium. Beyond that we do not receive any remuneration or other benefits.
For disputes between insurance intermediaries and policyholders, the following conciliation body was established in accordance with Art. 214 Section 1 Sentence 1 no. 2 VVG:
