You are a businessman or a company in Germany and do not need any financing arranged by us? Then the purchase of a vehicle from us usually proceeds as follows:

INITIAL BUSINESS CONTACT

  1. You select a car through our website and contact us by phone or e-mail.
  2. We advise you in advance and send you on request detailed images of the vehicle.
  3. We can reserve the car for you for a maximum of 24 hours.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

  1. Valid ID card or passport.

YOUR ARRIVAL

  1. Visit us during our opening hours with or without a scheduled date.
  2. If you come by train, we will gladly pick you up from the main train station Butzbach. Please inform us about 30 minutes before your arrival.

VEHICLE VIEWING AND SALE

  1. Details and questions will be discussed with you over a warm cup of tea or coffee.
  2. You can calmly view the one or more vehicles on our 14,000 square meter premises without a salesperson present.
  3. If you decide to buy the vehicle, you will go for a test drive.
  4. After a successful test drive, we mutually sign a contract of sale. Here we collectively determine details such as the day of collection, the form and time of payment or the scope of the services we still have to provide (such as cleaning, polishing, painting).
  5. You make a down payment of 500,00 EUR. This can be done in cash or by girocard (former designation: EC card). The card payment is made only by PIN. Only German girocards are accepted.
  6. We deliver you the original vehicle documents (vehicle registration certificate, COC).

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

  1. You have the vehicle registered with your local registration authority and receive your license plates.
  2. At the same time we prepare the vehicle for the handover.
  3. Transfer the remaining amount in due time before the handover (handover only possible after receipt of payment) or bring it in cash on the day of the handover. Due to the new money laundering guidelines, we can only accept cash for the entire vehicle payment up to a maximum of 9,900 EUR. This amount may neither be exceeded in the case of a single nor in the case of a repeated payment.

HANDOVER

  1. You arrive one last time on the agreed pick-up day.
  2. If you come by train, we will gladly pick you up from the main train station Butzbach. Please inform us about 30 minutes before your arrival.
  3. If your payment has already been received by bank transfer or if you have paid the remaining amount in full in cash, we will hand you over the vehicle, two keys, the invoice and the payment confirmation.
  4. You can now start the journey home with your new vehicle.
In principle, a purchase can also be made with just a single visit. You should arrive in the morning. In the event that you do not make the payment in cash, you should have clarified in advance with your bank that you will make an urgent bank transfer by phone. If the payment arrives on the same day, we can hand over the vehicle and the vehicle documents to you on the same day. Due to the new money laundering guidelines, we can only accept cash for the entire vehicle payment up to a maximum of 9,900 EUR. This amount may neither be exceeded in the case of a single nor in the case of a repeated payment.

Please note that we can send you the sales contract on request without the prior inspection of the vehicle. Because of your entrepreneurial nature, it is a B2B transaction.

  3. Current income tax assessment, current economic analysis or current annual financial statement.

YOUR ARRIVAL

  1. Visit us during our opening hours with or without a scheduled date.
  2. If you come by train, we will gladly pick you up from the main train station Butzbach. Please inform us about 30 minutes before your arrival.

VEHICLE VIEWING, CREDIT INQUIRY AND SALE

  1. Details and questions will be discussed with you over a warm cup of tea or coffee.
  2. You can calmly view the one or more vehicles on our 14,000 square meter premises without a salesperson present.
  3. If you decide to buy the vehicle, a credit inquiry will be made.
  4. Within a few minutes we will be notified of the credit decision. If the decision is positive, a test drive is made.
  5. After a successful test drive, we mutually sign a contract of sale. Here we determine together details such as the day of collection, the form and time of a potential down payment or the scope of the services we still have to provide (such as cleaning, polishing, painting).
  6. If a down payment is intended, you can pay it in full or in part. This can be done in cash or by girocard (former designation: EC card). The card payment is made only by PIN. Only German girocards are accepted.
  7. We deliver you the original vehicle documents (vehicle registration certificate, COC).

  2. At the same time we prepare the vehicle for the handover.
  3. If a down payment is intended and not yet settled, you can transfer the remaining amount in due time before the handover (the handover is only possible after receipt of payment) or bring it on the day of the handover in cash. Due to the new money laundering guidelines, we can only accept cash for the entire vehicle payment up to a maximum of 9,900 EUR. This amount may neither be exceeded in the case of a single nor in the case of a repeated payment.

HANDOVER

  1. You arrive one last time on the agreed pick-up day. Please do not forget to bring the vehicle registration certificate Part II. The vehicle handover to you may only take place after we have withdrawn the vehicle registration certificate Part II.
  2. If you come by train, we will gladly pick you up from the main train station Butzbach. Please inform us about 30 minutes before your arrival.
  3. If a potential down payment has already been received by bank transfer or if you have paid the remainder of a potential down payment in cash, we will hand over to you the vehicle, two keys, the invoice and the payment confirmation, after collecting the vehicle registration certificate Part II.
  4. You can now start the journey home with your new vehicle.
Please note that we can send you the sales contract on request without the prior inspection of the vehicle. Because of your entrepreneurial nature, it is a B2B transaction.
